What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include the following:
- Ensuring comprehensive transportation execution in day-to-day operations using our state-of-the-art transportation management system- Communicating regularly with customers about transportation status and taking on first level escalations in your daily work- Taking on responsibility for the quality and performance of the team member’s work; managing capacity and allocating tasks within the team- Being the first point of contact for team members handling complex transportation setups and process deviations as well as for team managing related processes- Providing onboarding trainings for new colleagues- Identifying and initiating continuous improvement measures- Driving the performance of supply chain stakeholders (e.g., carriers, warehouses) through regular performance reviews
Why you belong at 4flow- You have a university degree ideally with a major in logistics/supply chain management or a similar field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience- Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship in logistics and at least 5 years of relevant work experience- You have a passion for the field of logistics and you are strongly customer oriented- You are able to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating in a friendly and solution-oriented way- You are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills in English and German
