Zur Unterstützung unseres Customer Service & Logistik Teams suchen wir für bis zu 20 Stunden / Woche einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Customer Engagement.

**Aufgaben**:

- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unseren Handelspartnern, Vertriebsteams, Logistikdienstleistern und dem Kundendienst von Colgate-Palmolive zusammen, um einen ganzheitlichen Überblick über die Geschäftsabläufe zu erhalten
- Unterstützung für strategische Projekte: Lerne Projekte im Bereich der Lieferkette kennen, die messbare Auswirkungen auf Unternehmensprozesse erzielen.
- Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung: Nutze eine breite Datenbasis aus SAP und anderen Berichtsplattformen, um Logistikprozesse in der DACH-Region praxisnah und datengesteuert zu optimieren.
- Erstelle Vergütungsabrechnungen und Stammdaten-Reports für unsere Kunden und erhalte tieferen Einblick in Geschäftsprozesse.

**Anforderungen**:

- Laufendes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, wünschenswert mit Schwerpunkt Logistik/Supply Chain Management.
- Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten aus und begeisterst dich für die Auswertung von Daten.
- Du überzeugst durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie einen eigenständigen und effizienten Arbeitsstil.
- Sichere Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Programme, besonders Excel; Kenntnisse über Google Workspace sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
