- und anwendungsorientierte Nachhaltigkeitsforschung. Im Fokus der Arbeiten steht die Gestaltung von Transformationsprozessen hin zu einer klimagerechten und ressourcenleichten Welt.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Sie werden Teil des hochmotivierten wissenschaftlichen Teams im Forschungsbereich Energiepolitik innerhalb der Abteilung Energie-, Verkehrs
- und Klimapolitik. Der Forschungsbereich analysiert Politikpakete und -instrumente für den Übergang zu einem nachhaltigen, weitgehend kohlenstofffreien, energieeffizienten und auf erneuerbaren Energien basierenden Energiesystem. Konkret vorgesehen ist die Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten der Politikanalyse bezüglich der Energie
- und Ressourceneffizienz von Produkten bzw. Gebäuden, der Sektorenkopplung (z. B. Flexibilitäten/Wasserstoff/PtX-Anwendungen) sowie damit verbundenen Aspekten der Digitalisierung und der Energiemärkte. An der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Ökonomie und Politik werden Sie Technologiepfade und entsprechende Politikoptionen unter einer ganzheitlichen Perspektive analysieren, um die jeweiligen Chancen und Herausforderungen aufzuzeigen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Politik, Industrie und Gesellschaft abzuleiten.

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem natur-/ingenieurwissenschaftlich, ökonomisch oder entsprechend interdisziplinär ausgerichteten Studiengang
- Gute Kenntnisse zu Energietechnologien bzw. zu Energiemärkten/Energiewirtschaft sowie zu energie
- und klimapolitischen Fragestellungen (Hauptfokus: Deutschland, EU) wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Kostenrechnung, techno-ökonomischer Bewertungen bzw. Erfahrungen bei Modellierungsarbeiten und Vorliebe für Arbeit mit Daten und Statistiken
- Sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch
- Routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
