**Job Description**:
Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Generation of quote and opportunity for product sales & professional services
- Ensure correct customer approvals are in place for order processing
- Where orders are generated by direct sales, review order for accuracy before activation
- Activate orders
- License key generation and fulfilment sent to customer
- Invoice generation and submission to customer
- Dealing with general customer queries
- Customer account adjustments
- Monitoring of order, accounting and fulfillment case queues
- Order management follow up
- Collection of outstanding receivables
- Renewal processing
- Debtor account reconciliation

Achievements/Goals within first 6-12 months:

- Familiar with Salesforce and NetSuite - order management & debtors
- Fully knowledgeable in order to cash - systems & processes
- Debtors - cash collections - debtors aging within ISW accepted parameters
- Debtors - account reconciliation - to be reconciled and age analysis clean
- Renewals - all service contracts have been renewed by the due date

**Qualifications**:

- English and German language skills (speaking and writing fluently) essential
- Order management experience
- Software industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the company
- Debtor reconciliation
- Basic accounting skills a plus
- Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce a plus
