- (FX, Interest Rate & Commodity) and Asset Management solutions for the Treasury departments of the German Mittelstand and LargeCap clients. Knowing and understanding the clients' specific situations (including accounting & regulatory thrives) is key to advise Corporates in terms of effective and efficient Risk Management strategies. Derivatives are used to handle these kinds of Financial Market Risks. Structuring IRD & FX is a key role to deliver tailor-made instruments in the field of interest rates and FX-risk-management. This includes generating trade ideas, pricing products, creating term sheets and performing complex analysis, preparing marketing material & sales pitches, assessing individual solutions, and many more tasks to enable a successful Corporate Treasury business.**What you’ll be doing**:

You also match with the following requirements:
- Masters in Finance (quantitative), Mathematics / Informatics, Engineering or closely related studies with very good academic results (or at the final stage of your studies)
- An analytical, structured mindset, including programming affinity
- Ability to cope with complex tasks and simultaneously working out digestible solutions (appropriate to addressee)
- Focus on details and the ability to simplify and speed up processes and workflows
- Interest in financial markets, structured products, and the financial industry
- Ability to work within a demanding and dynamic team environment and a proactive and solution driven attitude
- Excellent MS Office skills / programming skills in VBA and data management in Microsoft Office/ Excel is a plus
- Knowledge and relevant experience with regards to derivative products (Structuring / Sales) is a plus
- Very good Business English and very good / native German language skills
