**Lead of Brand Management (M/F/d)**

At **KWS Group** - an innovative, international & family-owned company - our brand management team drives the development of the KWS brand with a strong and differentiated global brand strategy.

As our new **Lead of Brand Management (M/F/d)**, you will shape the KWS brand and its second brands by defining vision, mission, and values while ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication. With tools like our KWS BrandNet as well as our merchandising shop, you will provide a powerful framework to support our Business Units and strengthen our global market presence.

This is a permanent full-time position. The place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

**Your New Tasks & Projects**:

- Develops global KWS brand strategy covering vision, mission & values as well as brand positioning and brand differentiation
- Drives recommendation and frame for the development of the KWS brand portfolio including 2nd brands and their positioning and differentiation
- Defines global KWS Corporate Design frame incl. logo, brand elements, imagery style, moving pictures and AI
- Delivers a technical platform, the KWS BrandNet, as efficient toolbox for a consistent and automated marketing production of KWS and 2nd brands
- Develops with markets and business units an overarching brand communication platform for the KWS brand covering global campaign material and roll out
- Creates together with Business Unit marketing teams an efficient and consistent communication toolbox to support all markets
- Leads and develops a team of experts in the field of Brand Management

**Your Skillset**:

- Academic degree in economics / business administration with specialization in Marketing/ Brand Management
- Having professional experience in life sciences (e.g. agriculture) is beneficial
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide diverse, international teams toward effective solutions and results
- Strong project management skills across different regions and cultures
- Influencer with outstanding communication & networking skills
- Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a complex international organization
- Excellent customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude
- Compassionate leader who fosters teamwork, builds trust, and inspires commitment through expertise and integrity
- A very good command of English (written and spoken), being fluent in German or in other languages is an asset
