**What your role will be**:

- You support our Marketing Team in drafting newsletters and other CRM related tasks
- You help analyse and optimise campaign results continuously, flagging any issues within large sets of data, and actively improving on performance by making good use of insights
- You understand the complete user customer journey and are able to draw conclusions that result on adjustments that achieve better campaign results
- You assist in tracking, evaluating and building of reports to analyse KPIs and ROI as well as analysing data on our cohorts

**What we want to see in you**:

- You are enrolled as a student (B.A. or M.A.) in Online Marketing or similar
- You are a great communicator (both verbal and written skills) in English and German
- You have already gained first experience in CRM or Online Marketing
- You are motivated to learn and grow with your tasks
- You have a strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology
- You are creative and have knowledge of design tools (Figma, Canva, and Photoshop), as well as G sheets, Google Data Studio or similar reporting tools
- You enjoy cross-functional work and are able to coordinate between different stakeholders
