At Quantagonia, we’re breaking down one of the last barriers in AI: making advanced decision optimization accessible to everyone.

Until now, solving complex planning problems—like workforce scheduling or production planning—required PhD-level expertise and months of custom coding. Our founders built companies that sold this kind of pro software to experts and powered the match schedules of the world’s largest sports leagues. Today, one of those companies is a unicorn.

Now, we’ve flipped the model.

With DecisionAI, we combine Large Language Models, a model-agnostic approach, and our proprietary HybridSolver to let business users solve complex optimization problems on their own—in real time, with no technical background.

As a Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with our leadership team, owning key projects across strategy, go-to-market, and operations. It’s a front-row seat to building a category-defining company—and a launchpad into tech entrepreneurship.

**Tasks**:

- ** Position Our Product**: Define and refine how we position **DecisionAI** in the market, ensuring it resonates with both **enterprise clients** and **SMEs**.
- ** Identify and Engage Clients**: Pinpoint potential customers across industries, understand their needs, and develop strategies to drive adoption.
- ** Drive First Projects**: Support and execute initial projects with early clients, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable success.
- ** Craft Compelling Communication**: Help shape the narrative around **DecisionAI**, making it crystal clear to the world why our product is as groundbreaking as it is.
- ** Support Investor Relations**: Assist in crafting updates, pitch decks, and communications that showcase our vision and progress.

As you can see, the scope of your tasks is broad, offering plenty of opportunities to make an impact and grow with us.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s** degree in business, tech, or a related field.
- A **hands-on mentality** with the flexibility to tackle diverse tasks.
- Experience working in **fast-paced environments**, ideally in a **startup**, **consulting**, or **venture capital** context.
- Passion for working in a **dynamic startup environment** and pushing boundaries.
- A **team player** who’s ready to take responsibility and help others succeed.
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in **English and German**.
- (Bonus) Experience with **Figma, Webflow**, or other tools.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with the **startup ecosystem**.
