**You’ll make an impact by**
- You develop thought leadership and innovation pipeline in coordination with other partners.
- You work within a global network in cooperation with the product management and development teams.
- You evaluate market and customer requirements as well as business potentials for corresponding products and systems.
- You analyze current technological and economic trends and consider the requirements of customers' and competitors' business models in the relevant market segments. This includes maintaining relationships with selected universities and research institutions.
- You work with interdisciplinary teams and drive initiatives and projects.

**Your defining qualities**
- You have deep knowledge of power electronic components such as grid-forming inverters, solid-state transformers, and semiconductor-based circuit breakers in electrical energy systems.
- You have many years of experience in research and development as well as product management of complex power electronics products and systems.
- You have very good knowledge of presentation and training methods, have Intercultural experience and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, physics.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
