IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security.
The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion
rates for customer onboarding. IDnow covers a wide range of use cases and the platform allows the identity flow to be adapted to different regional, legal and business requirements on a per
use case basis. Founded in 2014, we already count a large and fast growing team of 300 colleagues from 35 different cultures. The portfolio of over 250 customers includes leading international
companies such as Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, N26, Telefónica Deutschland and Wirecard.

Tasks

Support the daily operation of the Account Management Department

Work closely with the Account Managers on their day to day business working with our TOP customers at IDnow

Run and lead your own project to streamline processes across the department

Get hands on working with industry leading software like salesforce for in-depth analysis and reporting

Participation at fairs and events

Organize and participate in internal teambuilding and development workshops

**Qualifications**:
Enrolled student (M/F/d) in economics, social sciences or a comparable field of study

First experiences in a customer-oriented business are a plus

Analytical skills

Experience in working with CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

Strong communication skills in German and English (oral and written)

Curiosity and engagement to work in a flexible and agile working environment

Positive attitude and being a team player

First experience as intern/ working student within Bank / Financial Services company or automotive sales is a plus
