Direct Procurement Coordinator

As **DirectProcurement Coordinator (m/w/d)** you will be a major contributor to improving the everyday lives of our customers and employees. You will be part of the procurement team that is responsible for inbound logistics from our suppliers to our sites.
Your main focus will be to support our Supply Chain / Direct Procurement Managers and Analyst with daily tasks, such as invoice controlling, analysing data, implementing and developing standardised processes. In addition, we are looking for an individual, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, who would like to develop their skillset further and to become a specialist in the procurement function.

What you'll do:

- **Ramp-up**: Support in reviewing and approving our direct procurement purchase invoices and develop a smart and sustainable invoice approving process with the team. Be the first contact to solve deviations on purchasing invoices from suppliers.
- **Raise the bar**:Advocate and continuously improve how we do our procurement. Bring out the best from insight data to continuously improve our practices and ways of working in a “happy but not satisfied” manner.
- **Analyse**: Support our Direct Procurement Analyst with analysing internal and external data and follow up on goals and results. Assist in stock control, forecast changes and other measurement methods.
- **Support & Grow**:Play an active role in our projects and work cross functional. Develop and implement standardised processes that will help the team to scale and grow during the further expansion.
- **Give back and share**: Ensure that we actively share learning and opinions with others around us both internally and externally via talks and other relevant forums.
- **Develop**: Be eager to develop skills and learn more about direct procurement.

Who you are:

- You have basic knowledge in goods disposition of consumer goods.
- You completed your studies in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or similar.
- You are familiar with planning and scheduling systems (i.e. Relex).
- Experience from working in a procurement team is a plus.
- You are structured and your superpower is coordinating as well as prioritising several work tasks under time pressure.
- You make sure that high demands are handled on accuracy.
- You like to work according to plan, however you can also easily adapt towards changes.
- You thrive on the combination of working both, independently and in a team.
- You are fluent in speaking English (C1) and German is a plus.
