**Social Video Content Creator (M/F/d)**

Our Co-Founder and CEO, Matze understands them, believes in them, is passionate about them and their potential, and for 15 years has worked tirelessly to support them with everything they need to succeed.

**You are wanted Love working with influencers and using social media?**
We are looking for a freelance content creator to develop, shoot and post-produce a variety of different video concepts for our CEO´s social channels. This role requires a strategic creative with a passion for generating appealing content across social media platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram.
Ideally, you are passionate about running your own social media channels successfully and you know how to build up your community. It is an experimental project for us, the goal is the development of the personal brand of our CEO Matze in social media to support small businesses.

**Responsibilities**
- Shoot and direct video assets in collaboration with our CEO Matze for his social media channels
- Edit, cut and prepare photo and video material
- Prepare shooting sets: organization of props, lighting, & camera equipment
- Post-production of videos: including editing, motion design, and sound/audio
- Strong drive to take ownership of projects and move them forward on your own
- Develop creative ideas to bring the Matze brand and tone of voice alive in videos

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with social media and/or influencer marketing industry, strategies, and channels: You have a set of great working examples and you are running your own social media channels successfully (especially Instagram and Tik Tok)
- You are experienced in videography and motion graphics
- Ability to work independently in a one-person production
- Ability to edit images and videos for social media, such as Canva, PS, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
- You have a distinct creative point of view and know how to create video content that is:

- Educational
- Entertaining
- Engaging
- Inspiring
- You have high quality standards for your work, and have a flair for aesthetics.
- Photography skills a plus.
- You are fluent in German and very good in English.
- You can send your own invoices

**Location / Time request**
From time to time we are looking forward to meeting with you in our HQ Jimdo Office in Hamburg in order to create videos for our CEO´s social media channels. As this project is a spontaneous process, it requires flexibility from your side when it comes to working hours and schedule. The editing and cutting process can be realized remotely from your side.
