The team Global Market Performance Management Vans is responsible for the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) portfolio, and hence Sales globally. We spearhead new revenue generation and capitalize on untapped markets, new products and business models putting best customer experience in the center of our decision in order to catalyze loyalty and growth.

**Your tasks will be**:

- Support Market Managers in their tasks with markets / Market & Sales performance steering
- Supporting the quarterly reporting in close coordination with our Mercedes-Benz Financial Services entities
- Steer competitor offering research for relevant (English speaking) markets and create consolidation to publish via Sales network and social intranet (corporate community)
- Collaborate cross-functionally in strategic initiatives and projects that have a high impact on Sales performance
- Proactively prepare regular and ad-hoc tasks

**Qualifikationen**:
**What we expect**:

- You are a student of Bachelor/Master in Economics/ Marketing/ Management/ Finance or comparable field of study
- You are passionate about what you do and you have excellent English skills
- You are a team player and engaged with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
- You are self-driven and motivated for working in an international environment
- Ideally, you have experience in writing texts and content creation
- Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive or similar
