**Ihre Perspektiven**:

- Übernahme der Verantwortung für das Supply-Chain-Management inklusive Sales und Operations Planning sowie der Beschaffung, Return
- und Quality-Prozesse
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams aus drei Mitarbeitenden sowie Werkstudenten
- Implementierung von Prozessen und Strukturen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Supply Chain
- Ausbau und Steuerung des bestehenden Lieferanten
- und Logistiknetzwerks (EMS) inkl. Kostenoptimierung und Qualitätssteigerung
- Vertragsverhandlung mit Lieferanten und Herstellern sowie Performance-Monitoring
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Supply Chain KPIs zur effektiven Steuerung der internationalen Produktion

**Ihre Voraussetzungen**:

- langjährige Berufspraxis im Lieferkettenmanagement, idealerweise in der Elektronikindustrie oder auf Seiten eines EMS-Dienstleisters
- Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- fundierte Kenntnisse von Lieferketten, Logistikprozessen und Best Practices inklusive Methoden/Technologien wie ERP sowie Sales und Operations Planning
- starke Einkaufs-, Projektmanagement
- und Finanzkompetenzen, um Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Leidenschaft für den Klimaschutz
