JOTT sells more than 1 million down jackets per year

As a Store Manager at JOTT, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values and our culture. You ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience while generating meaningful revenue and positive operating profit for your store.

Under the leadership of the Area Manager, you will be in charge of meeting sales goals by organizing, planning, implementing strategies, managing the team members as well as coordinating retail store operations. You will be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance by contributing on team-effort and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service for customer retention and database growth.

You will create and develop your “Dream team” by leading the recruitment needs of your store; organizing on-boarding & weekly trainings and by conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess future training needs and build carer paths.

Language : German & full english proficiency; a third language is a plus.
