**How you can contribute to our shared success**:
We are looking for a **Senior UX Designer (f/d/m)** to envolve the user experience of next generation ONE DATA. You’ll work alongside people who appreciate an open-minded culture with creative, collaborative, and autonomous teams where the best ideas thrive and get implemented fast and iterative.
- You lead the end-to-end design process, from effective problem framing, through ideation and advanced prototyping.
- Design thinking methods and research serve as the basis for your design decisions, and you help us to establish new standards and frameworks.
- You design flows, wireframes and hi-fidelity designs that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with our products.
- You enjoy presenting your ideas, advocating your design decisions, and incorporating feedback into the design cycle.

**Your skills - What we are looking forward to**:

- You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in UX design.
- With the help of your proactive and independent nature, you are comfortable putting design concepts on paper quickly and communicating them at all levels of abstraction (we use Figma, Miro and Abstract).
- You can differentiate between vision and iteration, make tradeoffs to bring the right user experience to market.
- With a compelling portfolio, you can show us what your role has been in your past projects.
- Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile, German is a plus.
