We are looking for a Finance Assistant (Werkstudent) to join our Finance team, ab sofort.

Responsibilities: *
- Assisting Senior Finance Controller in daily reporting, accurate analysis and thorough account reconciliation of sales and procurement accounts.
- Settling invoices on platforms after necessary manual correction, as requested by customers.
- Data entry for VCCs and payment analysis using MS Access database.
- Follow up on payment collection and overdue reconciliations.
- Proactively deliver various financial analyses on key accounts including cost overview and profitability.
- Focus on value-added analysis.
- Academic background in Business Administration / Finance or similar.

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Business Administration / Finance or similar.
- Willingness to perform manual processes, excellent in Excel.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a strong plus).
- Ability to work at an adaptive pace, make decisions quickly, and deliver results on time.
- An eagle-eye attitude together with a detail-oriented approach.
