**About the Position**:
Our shops are a pivotal element for driving revenue and providing customers with the best possible shopping experience. We are seeking a product owner who can holistically oversee all shop operations and take our shops to the next level.
- **
Own all shop systems and processes** - Be the initial point of contact for the team, keep our content up-to-date, collaborate with our Marketing and Operations Team to prepare launches and expansions and ensure that our shop runs efficiently. You are the Shopify expert in the company
- ** Drive content, design, and technical changes** - Structurally assess areas for improvement, manage and prioritize the collaboration with our internal creative teams as well as our external development agency, and solve problems with a hands-on approach. You are the driver to bring our shop to the next level
- ** Increase our revenue per user** - Analyse and understand user behaviour on our web shops, develop data-driven hypothesis and execute and review the testing process including stakeholder communication. Your goal is to build best performing shop in the e-com landscape.

**About You**:

- You have a proven track record of success in an e-commerce role in a rapidly growing company and are experienced with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Your customer-centric approach ensures that the customer is the focus of all your actions, providing them with the best possible shopping experience. You like to think new ways.
- With a data-driven mindset, you can create and analyze reports and, most importantly, derive and communicate insights to e.g. the creative teams.
- You excel in project management, always staying on top of things, and managing multiple complex and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- You have a good technical understanding, making it easy for you to learn new systems and technological concepts. Knowledge of basic CSS and HTML is also a plus.
- You are fluent in English. German is a big plus. French is another plus.

**The Process**:

Get-to-Know Call (30min)**:

- You will get to know Moritz, our Head of Operations, who is responsible for all of our shop operations. He will present the job opportunity and discuss motivation and requirements with you.
- ** Technical Interview (120min)** - We’ll invite you to our Berlin office for an in-depth discussion with Moritz about the position, including a case study. In addition, you’ll meet at least of of the HOLY founders and learn more about HOLY’s culture, vision, and team.
