Someone with great admin skills, a keen eye for detail, and a skill for juggling lots of balls. We’re looking for someone who can assist the Grocery Sales Team in managing retail relationship, executing our field force plans and tracking results. You will be based in our office in Hamburg and report into the Channel Lead for Grocery. Steering the external field force you will create and drive the strategy and contribute to deliver the business’ sales and profit targets in Grocery. Responsibilities: - Field Force Leadership. Create a winning field force execution of our brands in German retail. You are in direct contact with the field force team providing information and sell-in arguments for our assortment, keeping the team informed about changes. You will set and agree targets with the field force team in close cooperation with the Channel Lead and you will own the budget for field force execution in Germany, while monitoring success and taking corrective actions if needed. - Work with marketing team to activate the brand strategy. To complement your customer and field force strategy and deliver a gold standard of execution you are able to closely connect with our Shopper Marketing experts to develop and implement new POS material. - Deliver executional excellence as Account Manager. Be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver targets by supporting the Channel Lead in the execution of joint business plans with grocery customers. Manage and maintain distribution, promo execution and visibility in stores on an on-going basis. - Relationship Retail. Continue to drive our retailer relationships to the next level. Know what you need to do to keep your customers and the field force team happy operationally, whilst bringing the fun and being disruptive, delivering competitive advantage for LSB in your accounts. - Serve as a passionate role model for our values and advocate within our customers (brand from the inside out), further positioning our brands as differentiated and values-driven to support premium positioning. Experience you’ll bring: - University degree (Bachelor or Master) or comparable experience - Relevant experience in Field Sales (and Sales), preferably in FMCG > (Experience in Field Sales is a must, in Sales would be a nice to have.) - Profound knowledge of the German retail environment - Understanding of German Market Data (Nielsen / IRI) - You’re a language maestro, speaking both German and English fluently. - Your communications credentials are one of your biggest strengths; you can strike up strong relationships with people from the get-go and experienced at presenting to buyers and larger audiences. - You're a self-starter who isn’t just waiting for instruction, you seek out opportunities and make them happen with passion. - You’re a wizz with Microsoft Office suite.
