As a Senior UX Lead (f/m/d), you will define and drive the UX strategy for one of our core engineering tools, turning complex industrial workflows into seamless, intuitive experiences. Leading a global UX team, you’ll mentor talent, shape product direction through design thinking, and ensure user-centricity across every stage of development—delivering real impact for customers and the business alike

**You’ll make an impact by**
- Driving the UX vision and strategy for our key engineering tool, transforming complex workflows into intuitive user experiences that delight customers and improve productivity.
- Coordinating and mentoring a dedicated, global product UX team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and empowered to excel in their work.
- Consulting Product Owners on strategic UX decisions, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of product development.
- Facilitating user research, creating prototypes, and validating solutions with customers and stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
- Ensuring consistency across products while establishing product-specific UX standards and guidelines that elevate user experience.

**This is how you'll win us over**
- **Education**- Master’s degree in Media Informatics, Computer Science with a focus on UX Design, and/or Human-Computer Interaction.
- **Experience & Skills**- Long-term hands-on UX design experience, demonstrated through a portfolio of complex software solutions—ideally within industrial B2B software offerings.
- Strong background in agile development processes and user-centered methodologies, allowing you to integrate UX seamlessly into product teams.
- Profound experience in leading international teams
- Open mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across diverse groups.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals, ensuring product success.
- Passion for stakeholder management and domain learning, collaborating with sales, product management, and regional departments, always challenging the status quo.
