Für unseren Standort Stuttgart suchen wir einen Supervisor Control Cabinet (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Überwachung der Fertigung hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit verantwortlich, optimieren Arbeitsprozesse und führen ein Team. Mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Industriemeister, mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und Führungskompetenz tragen Sie entscheidend zur Produktionserfolgen bei.

Supervisor Control Cabinet (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Überwachung der Produktion in Bezug auf Qualität, Quantität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Fertigungsunterlagen, -programme und -aufträge abstimmen und bereitstellen, ggf. Unstimmigkeiten klären
- Bei Störungen und Engpässen Arbeitsablauf und Arbeitsmittel umdisponieren sowie Ausweichfertigung in Abstimmung mit Fertigungssteuerung einleiten
- Organisation und Verbesserung von Personal, Maschinen, Material und Betriebsmitteln nach Kriterien der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Terminlage in Abstimmung mit der Fertigungssteuerung
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung sowie Überwachung und Überprüfung der Kostenentwicklung
- Beschaffung von Arbeitsmitteln sowie Unterstützung bei der Neu
- und Umgestaltung von Arbeitssystemen und Produktionsumstellungen
- Überwachung und Sicherung der Fertigungsqualität inklusive Analyse der Mängel und Ausarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur vorbeugenden Qualitätssicherung
- Steuern von Instandhaltungs
- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Führen von Mitarbeitern

Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung erforderlich
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld erforderlich
- Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- EDV-/PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3, wünschenswert)
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Team-, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Problemerkennungs
- und Lösungskompetenz
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch wünschenswert
