For the management of our Foodservice Team we are looking for you as soon as possible as
** Head of Foodservice.**

You will be part of our entity OSI Convenience Europe GmbH and work home-office based.

**What your job includes**:

- Strengthening and further development of the OSI brand and its products as well as identification and acquisition of new business areas for the company in the food service sector - wholesale as well as food service chains.
- Development of a sustainable sales strategy for the segment and the responsible regions as well as implementation of strategic sales and customer planning including budget development and responsibility
- Focusing with the sales team on growth and customer expansion, especially in the foodservice / quick chain restaurant sector in Europe
- Strengthening the network to our production plants through regular visits and building close relationships with contacts at our production sites
- Main contact for key account customers in Europe and further development of international business relationships and common growth targets
- Develop and implement strategic and annual sales plans to execute our global / European sales strategies
- Define sales metrics and track them successfully
- Leadership and further development of the Foodservice team as well as analysis and optimization of processes in the area of responsibility

**What we expect from you**:

- Completed business or technical studies or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in sales and distribution
- Extensive experience in supporting major international customers in the food sector with complex organizations
- Many years of experience in a management role in an international environment
- High customer orientation combined with conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills at all levels and excellent negotiation skills
- Experienced handling of MS Office as well as ERP and CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You consider business trips within Europe as enriching
