Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Expert Corporate Finance & Accounting at Welthungerhilfe, you will ensure that the organization efficiently and effectively meets internal and external accountability and transparency requirements now and in the future.**Your responsibilities**: - Receivables management (incoming payments, incoming donations) in Germany and abroad - Invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments (licenses/sponsoring/donations in kind) - Accounting of all business transactions with electronic processing of banks and cash registers - Sales tax reporting to the tax office (VAT, Reverse Charge) - External reporting (LZB foreign payments) - Account reconciliation with various business units - Coordination with banks and online payment service providers - Support of the team lead with regard to cooperation and preparatory activities for the annual financial statements as well as digitalization and optimization of processes**Your profile**: - Completed training as an accountant and/or tax administrator - At least 3 years of professional experience in balance sheet accounting, especially in the preparation of financial statements - Profound knowledge in the areas of SAP- FI & CO, Controlling & Reporting - Strong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills to cope in a multinational work environment - Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills**Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
