**Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist (M/F/x)**

The One Digital team enhances the complete customer journey, starting from when the customers learn about AGCO´s products and farming solutions through their entire performance life cycle. As part of the Digital Program Management Office (PMO), the PMO Specialist supports the PMO Manager and Digital Transformation Office (DTO) in defining and maintaining a consistent global framework in the areas of program governance, central planning, processes and methods.
**What You Will Do**
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of planning and governance processes and/or tools to be defined, aligned with the regional business transformation teams and other teams within One Digital
- Ensure processes/tools are defined, aligned with stakeholders and approved per the agreed governance
- Ensure proper revision control of processes, including implementation of a change management approach
- Deliver training and answer questions for all impacted team members
- Ensure compliance of processes by performing internal audits
- Properly maintain data in all agreed reporting and planning tools
- Support teams in creation of reporting frameworks for both operational needs are well as aimed at external stakeholders
- Other tasks to support enablement of One Digital product or business transformation teams
**What You Will Bring**
- Completed studies coupled with Project Management experience
- Experience with deployment of digital tools
- Agricultural or other machinery industry experience is a plus
- Business fluent in English & German (other European languages such as French or Italian are beneficial) in combination with a strong ability to build (internal) networks
- Willingness to travel

- Flexibility to work with colleagues in different time zones as well as reliability and ability to work with given deadlines
- Superior communication skills
