The digital marketing development program is a 12-month program designed to prepare recent college graduates for a career in digital marketing, meaning you get to experience multiple functions and learn skillsets across marketing. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and training along the way before deploying into a full-time role. **What are the details?**
This is a 1-year digital marketing development program, consisting of rotations through a variety of marketing functions, including one at our headquarters in TI Dallas. You will have the opportunity to develop critical skills, such as developing a digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, content creation and storytelling, project management and channel expertise. Beyond developing the right skills, you will be able to put those skills to the test across core digital marketing areas, including brand marketing, web strategy, brand marketing and more. For example, you could create exciting content for TI’s social media channels; promote TI’s capabilities to customers; get hands-on experience in event management; or build a digital strategy to support our sales team.

**Develop powerful skillsets**:

- Campaign management - Develop and execute marketing campaigns that positively shape TI’s brand reputation and drive new product and brand engagement, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Content strategy - Lead earned media strategy and execution, and owned campaign content development to strengthen TI’s reputation in an assigned area TI wants to be known for.
- Digital Marketing and Web Operations - Use a variety of analytics tools to unlock insights and intelligence from marketing programs, focused on building a competitive marketing advantage for TI. Learn key systems, platforms, and processes critical to create and maintain a great user experience for internal and external customers.
- Each of these experiences provides an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of global stakeholders across the company including other marketing teams, technical experts, communications, and sales.
- Upon successful completion of the Digital Marketing Development Program, rotators will deploy into a full-time role based on demonstrated areas of excellence and role availability.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategic Communications, Analytics, Management Information Systems. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with marketing courses or experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in related field
- Master’s in Business Administration or Marketing a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluent English
