**Your Mission**

As our new Head of Sales for the German market, you will lead our sales strategy and execution as we expand our operations in Germany from early 2025. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in establishing Mercell in the German public procurement market, building and managing a sales team, and driving growth in a competitive and dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape our market entry and lead a team that positions Mercell’s innovative solutions for long-term success in Germany.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the German market in alignment with Mercell’s overall goals.
- Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive new business growth by proactively engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the public procurement sector.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, leveraging insights to identify opportunities for upselling and growth.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM record maintenance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay informed about the German public procurement market and adapt sales strategies to align with industry trends and customer needs.

**Required Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the digital sales or technology sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the public procurement market in Germany or similar B2B markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience scaling sales teams and leading market entry in a competitive industry.
- Knowledge of high-velocity sales environments and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multinational team.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills.
