Our goal is a European network of fast charging stations in prime locations, where electric drivers can charge their vehicles with energy from the sun and wind. **Your role**: Your key contribution to the team is to be responsible for a wide variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for our Dutch parent company and its foreign subsidiaries in **Germany, Switzerland and Austria**. Your regular work day includes reviewing and processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, managing payable and receivable accounts and regular communication with business teams. You will also be assisting the Senior Accountants in the month end closing process and in providing necessary documentation for the annual audit. Your experience and knowledge on processes and accounting systems will be a great addition to our team. Your tasks will include: - Support the Senior Financial Accountant with daily accounting tasks for German-speaking entities, including invoice review, payment runs, and journal postings. - Perform month-end close activities and monitor trial balance data. - Assist in preparing group and statutory accounts, including providing files and information for auditors. - Support the preparation of monthly indirect tax filings and administrative requirements for the German tender. - Manage debtors and creditors, follow up on overdue items, and contribute to improving financial procedures in a rapidly growing business environment. The role will be based in our **Amsterdam headquarters or Cologne office **and** **you will be part of a diverse Finance team of over 20 people. As part of your in-depth onboarding, you will attend a series of workshops to learn all about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. A keen eye for details and critical thinking would be of great help in keeping our financial records up to date and accurate.
