**Digital Marketing Specialist (M/F/d)**
This role gives you as a highly dynamic and creative personality the opportunity to take part in the further development of our brand identity and communication strategies. You work close with the Global Marketing manager and provide a steady flow of leads through improved and increased online presence across various online marketing channels. You will be part of the global marketing team and work on markets worldwide from Brazil to Germany.
**Your tasks**:

- Further development of our digital marketing strategy by identifying current & future needs of our target groups from patients, business partners over investors
- Steady research of new online marketing platforms and ways to optimize the way we reach and interact with our target audience
- Be the interface and coordinator between local colleagues and web agencies in the creation of landing pages
- Set and measure KPI’s for online marketing activities
- Create marketing content independently and alongside with the Global Marketing manager
- Be in charge of strengthening D.med’s online community (internal & external)

**Your profile**:

- A Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Digital Marketing
- Experience with SEO, online advertising, and social media marketing
- You have a strong analytic mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends
- Familiar with working for a growing and global brand in a competitive and evolving market
- Winning personality, strategic foresight and endless passion for your job, Digital Marketing and people
- Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment where change is constant
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues
- You have a strong analytic mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends
- Native or bilingual English, any other language like Portuguese or German a plus
