We are looking for a **(Senior)** T**ech Recruiter (f/m/d) **to join the Tech and Product Recruitment Squad to support our tech tribes. Do you want to play an instrumental role in scaling our tech teams in a time of amazing growth? Read on to learn more

**Your mission**:

- You own the end to end recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, to offer negotiation.
- You develop innovative strategies with the support of your team to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and future needs of the business.
- You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions with the support of your team.
- You maintain relationships with other business and People Operations functions through strategic partnerships to maximise total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition alignment.

- You have the ability to multitask and prioritise different projects at the same time.
- You are able to build effective stakeholder management in order to create lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- You are an authentic, empathetic and proactive problem solver.
- You drive/favor active sourcing techniques such as creating boolean search strings, x-ray searching and social sourcing is a big plus

**Nice to have**
- An experience in Tech (operations, project management, recruitment).
- You are comfortable with challenging others and pushing your ideas through.
