We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global IT as Head of Enterprise Architecture. Leading the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and standards that align with our business objectives. You’ll work in an open-minded, cross-functional, and solution-oriented team culture of people loving (e-)sports. Tasks - Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and standards to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports our business objectives - Lead the development and implementation of technology roadmaps and oversee the development of our enterprise architecture plans - Collaborate with business teams to develop and execute enterprise architecture projects that support our business objectives - Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and policies to ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable - Lead and manage a 4-people team of cross-platform services (architecture, process management, test automation) that provides guidance and support for other IT teams to achieve their goals **Requirements**: - You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or Business Administration or a comparable qualification - At least 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of success in leading enterprise architecture initiatives - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate - Experience in developing enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, and policies - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a nice to have **Benefits**: - Your new environment: an exciting task in the sports business, a committed team with short communication and decision-making paths - Our onboarding: you start with a position-specific induction and as part of our "Welcome on Board" initiative you will receive a comprehensive overview of the entire organization - Your development opportunities: scope for personal and topic-related development, supported by individual development planning with supplementary further training measures and on-the-job training - With work-life balance: support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours and mobile working, and a free family service for support in all life situations - Many corporate benefits: discounted partner offers and a wide range of additional benefits, e.g. company pension scheme - Our culture: we promote a culture of diversity and "live" our values - regular training and clear internal processes form the formal basis for our open, respectful, and appreciative cooperation
