**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Berlin on a freelance or part-time basis. As part of our small, international team, you’ll contribute to our mission by preparing and executing plant installations, particularly focusing on making offices across Berlin greener. If you’re passionate about plants and have a knack for DIY projects, this role is perfect for you
- Plan and realise plant-installations to make offices across Berlin greener.
- Manage the logistics of transporting and installing plants - they can be heavy
- Use your DIY skills to install hanging and wall-mounted plants.

**‍ Your Profile**:

- Can-do attitude and a willingness to grow with an early-stage startup.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working along side indoor plants or flowers.
- Comfortable using simple tools like a drill.
- Able to lift 20kg.
- Interest in interior design and creating plant-filled environments.
- Fluent in English (C1); German proficiency is advantageous.
