**Your challenge**:

- Communicate with suppliers and build relationships
- Collaborate in the product development process with our product developers and designers
- Support with negotiation of prices and delivery dates
- Creation and maintenance of line sheets and order overviews
- PO creation
- Fabric sourcing and research with special attention to sustainable fabrics, as well as communication with fabric suppliers and price negotiation
- Plan and monitor the stock of the running fabrics
- Enter fabric specifications and maintain a fabric stock list
- Attend concept & proto meetings and submit fabric information to the product team
- Attend fabric fairs

**Your core skills**:

- A degree in fashion management or in business administration, or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience (approx. 1-2years) as Junior Buyer, ideally with a focus on high-end women's clothing
- Passion for fashion, particularly in e-commerce business
- Good sense of trends and quality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- You are a highly motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
- Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
- Very good IT skills incl. MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Very good spoken and written English
