Ihr Profil
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung eines Klinik oder Spezialaußendienstes in der pharmazeutischen oder der Biotechnologischen Industrie
- Erfahrung in Opinionleader Management
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin bzw. eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
- nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Mitarbeitern/innen im Bereich der Pharmaindustrie bzw. der Biotechnologie
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitersteuerungssystemen
- ausgeprägte Coaching Fähigkeiten und Führungskompetenz
- gute Englisch
- und MS Office-Kenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben
- Medizinische, wissenschaftliche, disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der unterstellten Medical Science Liaison Manager in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Medical Director
- Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung der mittel
- und langfristigen Produktstrategie
- Mitarbeiterführung
- und -entwicklung
- Koordination der Besuchstätigkeit in den Gebieten
- Coaching der MSL-Mitarbeiter in der Gesprächsführung
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedbackgespräche und Bewertungen
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Teamtagungen
- Aktive Teilnahme an Außendiensttagungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung, Einzelaktionsplanungen und Prämienkonzepten
- Mitbetreuung wichtiger Meinungsbildner
- Regelmäßige Analyse der Anwenderstandards
- Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse der MSL-Mitarbeiter sowie Budget
- und Erfolgskontrolle
- Bundesweite Reistätigkeit und Begleitbesuche mit den unterstellten Mitarbeitern
