Your Tasks
- Organising the operational area of structural assembly
- Coordinating and optimising the use of machines, systems and operating resources in the assigned area
- Contributing to the adherence to deadlines, quality and manufacturing costs
- Providing technical leadership to employees in the assigned area
- Continuously improving processes, taking into account lean methodology and CIP aspects
- Coordination with all departments involved in the process
- Collaboration on and implementation of investment projects to achieve cost savings

Your Qualifications
- Skilled worker with experience in a comparable role
- Several years of experience in specialist group leadership
- Openness to lean management, CIP, etc.
- Organisational talent
- Goal-oriented approach
- Cooperative leadership style
