User Experience Designer (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users- Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service- Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery- Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement- Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights- Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach
Your qualifications and skill requirements:
- BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field- Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure- Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers- Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility- Working proficiency in English language is required
