Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**: As a team member within our central HR Service Center "HR Operational Services Germany" at the Mannheim site, you will be responsible for efficient and centralized handling of standardized HR administration processes. With a high degree of customer orientation, you will provide optimal support for the HR community, employees and ABB managers. **This position reports to**: HR Operations Team Lead **Your responsibilities**: - You handle defined administrative processes in HR with a labor law background (e.g. transfers, parental leave, partial retirement). - You will support selected HR processes across all HR service lines. - You will assume independent responsibility for defined HR projects. - You identify opportunities for improvement and simplification of existing processes and procedures and are willing to proactively contribute and drive your ideas for optimization. - You demonstrate a high degree of teamwork and independence. At the same time, you are not afraid to take responsibility for the tasks assigned to you and, at the same time, to question your daily actions. - You monitor the order volume within the central ticket tool for controlling the orders through your structured way of working and thereby ensure efficient processing. - You are available as a contact person for the HR Business Partners, managers and employees in the "Employee Life Cycle Management" processes. - You implement ABB's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your own actions without losing sight of the interests of your colleagues and the company. **Your background**: - A completed commercial apprenticeship. - Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the HR field. - Knowledge of common MS Office tools as well as SAP R/3 HR. - The ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously in a timely manner and to work with cross-functional teams. - A team-oriented, solution-oriented approach to work and very good communication skills in German and English. - Proactive customer service and high level of initiative. **Benefits**: - Retirement plan - Flexible work practices - Canteen - Healthcare plan **More about us**:
