Channel Marketing Specialist

**Role Overview**:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that generate revenue and acquire loyal customers for our security services through our Retail partners and channels.
Work with internal stakeholders across retail marketing and sales to manage the day-to-day quarterly EMEA budget and allocation of MDF and Operational Expenses. Ensuring line entries for partner activities are executed in a timely manner, with clear KPI’s, and within the scope of budget
Developing, driving, and implementing channel marketing activities, managing events and/or tradeshows for McAfee Employee Benefits Program. (30% of time responsibility)
Owning the EMEA content, creative and asset catalogue to including localisation for the EMEA region
A Performance and Data driven marketer; responsible for performance activities and providing updates, reporting and recommendations, measurement of ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC
To help build and manage effective relationships with McAfee retail partners
To ensure thorough and up to date knowledge of the EMEA and WW retail industry, including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends Measure and analyse all marketing programs and incorporate key learnings into future iterations to further drive growth and retention
Manage asset libraries—ensure sales tools are up to date across the available McAfee repositories

**About You**:
5+ years of Operational Channel/Retail marketing experience in consumer technology products
Experience working across a range of marketing channels that includes PC, Mobile, online, and direct marketing, testing methods and delivering results
Superb hands-on analytical ability capabilities
Demonstrated ability to create marketing programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Measuring ROI/ROAS/ LTV
Experience with security software and/or online customer acquisition experience especially with Amazon
Excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex change efforts and to drive results through influence, persuasion, and relationships
Assesses quickly with a track record of getting up to speed and adding immediate value to new situations
Ability and comfort to co-create and work collectively with various business and technical leaders
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize, conceptually interpret and clearly communicate material developed collaboratively via the input of multiple parties
Ability to up level and simplify communications of complex business systems to each respective cross-functional audience
Speak Spanish, German or French
