**PostDoc Safety Pharmacology in vivo (M/F/d)**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish state of the art cardiovascular in-vivo methods in accordance with regulatory guidelines and study conduct, including large animal surgical implantation and cardiovascular telemetry
- Summarize and evaluate available data for reports and regulatory documentation
- Interact with project teams and provide scientific and methodological guidance on cardiovascular approaches conducted in vivo, both internally and externally
**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree and PhD in natural sciences, pharmacist and/or veterinarian (DVM)/medical doctor (MD) with FELASA-B/FELASA-C
- Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and pharmacology methods including arrhythmia evaluation of ECG
- Sound background in non-rodent species cardiovascular function
- Practical experience in large animal surgery is desirable
- Regulatory knowledge and experience with safety evaluation is beneficial, but not required
- Expertise in physiology or preferably non-rodent cardiovascular pharmacology with a respective publication track record
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit as well as ability to proactively look for opportunities to move projects along
- High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; working knowledge of German is beneficial
