We are looking for a German and English-speaking student (at C1 or above) enrolled in a Masters/ MBA University program who is interested in gaining experience at a top tech company within the HR Department

**In this role you will**:

- Be part of the contract & document management team utilizing state-of-the-art tools
- Setting up employee accounts in our HRIS
- Communicating with external stakeholders such as the Employment Agency
- Responding to employee queries on topics relating to pre-boarding, onboarding, absence management
- Data management (input and review)
- Working on projects and processes within People Operations

**What we expect from you**:

- Enrolled in a Master or MBA (preferred) University Program and looking to start gaining experience in a top tech company in HR.
- Have an HR background or are inclined towards having a career in HR.
- A self-starter attitude - Proactive, eager to learn and develop, collaborative and approachable
- Basic foundation knowledge of German labour laws and regulations would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and business level German at C1 or higher (other languages also highly desirable)
- Highly detailed oriented, curious to learn and able to work at a high pace in a hyper-growth environment.
