**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Gruppenweite Verantwortung und Koordination des Themas Informationssicherheit und Bindeglied zwischen Business und IT
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des iwis Information Security Management Systems (IISMS) unter Berücksichtigung von etablierten Sicherheitsframeworks
- Aufbau eines globalen Business Continuity Management (BCM) auf Basis von Risikobeurteilungen und Business-Impact-Analysen
- Erlangung und Aufrechterhaltung von ISMS-Zertifizierungen wie ISO 27001, TISAX und C5
- Bewertung der aktuellen Bedrohungslage und proaktive Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Informationssicherheit
- Aufbau „Security Operations“ und Erarbeitung von Prozessen und Verfahren zum Umgang mit Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Koordination und Durchführung von Assessments und Awareness-Maßnahmen zur Etablierung einer gelebten Informationssicherheitskultur
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit / IT Security
- Unternehmerisch / wirtschaftlich orientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strategisches Denkvermögen
- Engagierte, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-On-Mentalität
- Hohe Überzeugungs
- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie ausgereifte Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, auch unter hoher Belastung zielorientiert und besonnen zu arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 10 - 20 %
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft
- und SAP-Technologien
