Team Lead Office Management

**In this role, you will**:
- Oversee the management of the day-to-day office and facility needs and activities
- Recruit, lead and develop the entire OM and FM Team
- Be the main point of contact for company-wide initiatives related to OM/FM
- Ensure consistent look and feel of all offices (cleanliness, F&B offerings, branding, etc)
- Responsible for the department's OKR's, objectives and key initiatives
- Support Real Estate team with office expansions, relocations and build out of office space
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts, find new vendors and decrease costs
- Responsible for OM/FM budget
- Lead OM communication, organisation and general business needs as necessary
- Advocate for OM team and ensure team's recognition
- Create metrics that help measure the success of the office operations team and implement improvements as the offices grow
- Ensure OM procedures and processes are effective and efficient by periodical reviews
- Health and Safety Ambassador (COVID-19 measures)
**What you need to be successful**:
- At least 5 years of office and facility management experiences in how to build an office from the ground up: you not only learned the ropes of office logistics, you can tie a knot blindfolded
- Accomplished people leader who inspires, leads by example when mentoring teams
- You listen to others and are sensitive to any communication style, and that makes it easy for anyone to talk to you; others trust you and feel comfortable coming to you with all the info, so any rising problems can be tackled before they spiral into fiery vortices of bad vibrations
- You are a self-aware, clear communicator with empathy towards everyone you meet
- You are innovative, highly creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve our workplace and culture to align with our core values
- Self starter who will take initiative from day 1 and be incredibly pro-active
- Astute problem solver with good judgement and detailed oriented
- You thrive in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments, and know how to remain professional, energetic, positive and customer service-oriented throughout
- Strong written, reading and verbal communication skills in local language and English and the ability to interact with our multicultural team
