We're looking for you to join the CRM & Billing team
**What you’ll do**
- You're responsible for relevant topics in terms of the subdomain Microservices, smooth and frictionless operation and the overall project handling
- Therefore, you define the direction (strategy) and the approach (guidelines) for this domain
- You'll be the leader (M/F/d) of all the resources of the subdomain (both on-shore and off-shore) - hence you'll support them in their personal development
- You'll be a source for new ideas and contact person/ decision maker (M/F/d) for relevant topics: also, you'll be representing the subdomain externally for all relevant questions and issues
- Ideally, you'll provide support as a mentor (M/F/d) at an early stage in the development of new topics in coordination with the project management and the solution architects
**What you’ll bring**
- You've a degree in business informatics, computer science, information management, business administration or a related field of study
- You've several years of management experience and can solve conflicts at all hierarchical levels - you're resilient, positive thinking and results-oriented, even in busy times and dynamic contexts
- Thanks to your excellent written and spoken communication skills, you've proven ability to communicate in a goal-oriented manner
- Good English language skills are a matter of course for you and working in an international environment inspires you
