Principal Technician (Configuration Control)

**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Standard Automatic Data Processing Knowledge: Advanced Knowledge
- Skilled in maintaining CI records, logs, and reports;
- English SLP 3322 (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy/Otobo) and/or configuration databases;
- Advanced understanding of configuration management principles;
- Previous NATO assignment. Experience working in an international / military environment

**Duties/role**:

- Maintaining accurate records of Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships in the Configuration Management System (CMS).
- Processing CI updates, ensuring traceability and data integrity;
