**About the position**:
We are currently looking for an Economy Designer to help us develop a player-driven economy.

This is a super exciting chance to design a virtual economy from scratch and shape the tools that will provide guidance for years to come

You would be part of our Economy Team, advising the development teams and designing tools that audit and maintain the player-driven economy. You will identify, prioritize, and formulate plans that address in-game economic problems and crises. It’s not all doom and gloom, you will also be designing features that encourage retention and monetization.

**What you will do**:

- Drafting and presenting reports that show the overall health of the player-driven economy
- Proposing features that add meaningful player agency
- Performing research that validates (or invalidates) experimental changes
- Creating and managing tools that simulate the game’s balance
- Developing and maintaining documentation of economic systems and policies

**Who we think will be a great fit**:

- 2+ years of experience in Economy Design or Data Analysis
- Experience using quantitative analysis and modeling to make decisions and recommendations
- Detail-oriented and capable of clearly communicating complex concepts
- Advanced understanding of Excel or other spreadsheet software

**Bonus**:

- Familiarity with Unity
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as R or MATLAB
- Shipped a multiplayer title with complex economies
