**Introduction** Carnival Maritime GmbH is part of Carnival Corporation and serves the brands of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere as their marine service unit. With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry. **Your Responsibilities** Join our team as a Dry Docks Planner, where you'll collaborate closely with the Director Dry Docks and Superintendent Dry Docks to oversee the organization and management of the AIDA Sphinx class fleet's "Evolution" investment program. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing flow chart planning for dry dock performance, working alongside technical and fleet teams to ensure seamless project execution and providing comprehensive analysis and reporting on yard processes. - Support of Director Dry Docks / Guarantee and Superintendent Dry Docks for creating, preparing and executing of the “Evolution” investment program of the AIDA Sphinx class fleet regarding DD organisation and management - Prepare and control the flow chart planning in preparation and execution of DD performance during the “Evolution” program - Work closely with the technical/hotel projects team and with the fleet teams in related projects as part of the “Evolution” program - Create reports, statistics, control and analyse yard processes - Participate on yard times as part of the dry dock team **Your Profile** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marine engineering; ship building or ship operation is mandatory - Master’s degree in marine engineering or ship building is desirable - At least two years of experience in the ship handling or ship yard business - Shipboard experience is a plus - Profound IT-skills at MS Office and Project management skills - Experience in Dry Docks management with internal and external stakeholders - Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management - Service oriented with good communication skills - Very good English language skills (English is our company language) **We Offer** - Getting to know AIDA and COSTA vessels by having access to special offers to join a cruise with family or friends. - 30 days of holidays per year - Access to Corporate Benefits and Special offers - The possibility of working from home two days a week - Flexible working hours - Participation in the company pension scheme - ProfiTicket with employers contribution **Interested?
