JOB DESCRIPTION
- Job Description:

- Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
- Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
- Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems,)
- Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
- Support in tests on SAP systems
- Reporting of current status in daily operational calls
- Monthly reporting on key measurements
- 7/24 h support (on-call-duty)

Mandatory Skills:

- OMS
- Stream Serv
- Columbus Central
- Process skills (Understand/Design/Improve)
- Basic/Good Infrastructure skills (OMS Architecture quite complex and cooperation of IT Systems is required)
- Good Project Management skills (Support customer requirements, make proposals)
- Willing to learn
- Willing to crow
- Team player
