**Tenthpin** is a global management consulting firm, founded in January 2017 and operating now in 7 countries (Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Portugal, United States, China and India) with currently +400 consultants and constantly growing. Our global consulting team provides a long-term expertise in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. Our ambition is to become the leading business and technology consultancy that understands the unique challenges within the different industry segments in Life Sciences.

For our Internal Service team, we are looking for a full-time employee. As we plan to continue our rapid growth there is the possibility to develop the role beyond the current responsibilities in the future.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for both internal and external global marketing and communication activities
- Ensure consistent communication of Tenthpin’s mission and values across all channels
- Management of Tenthpin’s thought leadership and social media pipeline (e.g. articles, videos, corporate announcements )
- Responsible for Tenthpin’s corporate branding strategy and execution
- Development of new corporate standards (e.g. templates, presentations, )
- Development of marketing campaigns in close alignment with our global sales teams
- Improvement of brand awareness and brand recognition
- Coordination of internal and external conferences and marketing materials
- Coordination with internal communities and Tenthpin’s editorial board for corporate webpage revisions
- Coordination with external content producers
- Monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of all marketing and communications activities
- Management of the marketing budget

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field
- Proven 5+ years of experience in the field of Marketing and Communications as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role
- Experience working in Consulting or Product Company
- Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc is a plus
- Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns
- Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Native or business-fluent English, any additional language is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
