Forklift Operator would join the team as a Line Driver as part of our Pay-For-Skills program. This program builds on Forklift Operator with pay increasing after each of the jobs is learned which means ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. The facility is one of the top performers in the division supplying material all over the United States which translates to JOB SECURITY. Being part of the Berkshire Hathaway Family means GREAT BENEFITS. The Johns Manville Bremen facility has one of the best SAFETY records within the company.

The facility currently operates 24 hours/day 7 days/week on a rotating 12-hour shift configuration. This configuration consists of three 12-hour days and one 6-hour day per week with every other weekend off. Sign on Bonus of $1,500.00

Starting Rate is $20.57/hour plus $0.50/hour shift premium for night shift.

Your Day-to-Day
- Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies and compliance requirements
- Operate wrapper, label applicators, stretch hooder, foot setting machine and glue applicator
- Forklift operation and maintenance
- Count finished goods after each production run
- General housekeeping duties
- Conduct safety audits/ inspections
