The **Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology** within the Faculty
of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics is seeking to fill the following
position:

**of “Semiconductor and optoelectronic components”**
current research areas in the domain of semiconductor and optoelectronic components, in par
- ticular
- hybrid and hetero-integration of optoelectronic components into photonic and electronic
integration platforms (e.g. SiN, SOI, LNOI / TFLN, InP),
- optoelectronic devices: lasers, photodetectors, modulators, MOEMS, etc.,
- photonic quantum devices and their control.
