We are currently seeking a Project Director (M/F/d) based in Munich, for major industrial projects (manufacturing and pharmaceuticals). In this role, you will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that our client objectives are not only met, but exceeded wherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate high level of quality, sustainability, and safety standards.

The projects will be based in France, requiring regular travel to client sites and fluency in French.

As the Project Director you will oversee and manage the following services:

- Overall Project Management
- Project Controls
- Preconstruction Activities
- Environmental, Health & Safety Activities
- Construction Management
- Quality Management
- Commercial Management
- Claims Management
- Procurement
- Project Execution Support
- Project Close-out.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in a construction-related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a strong track record of delivering major projects and programmes
- Proven leadership in roles such as Project Director or Construction Director within Project Management, PMC, Construction Management, or General Contracting environments
- Solid understanding of project management principles and project controls methodologies
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player with a hands-on approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French
- Willingness to travel regularly
